More information on AECOM and its services can be found at www\.aecom\.com\. **About the Business Line** **Energy** We address the complete spectrum of energy challenges, including clean and renewable energy, energy efficiency and carbon management, hydropower and dams, thermal, geothermal and wind power generation, and transmission and distribution\. **Job Summary** The High Tech Business Line at AECOM drives relationship management and business development for the Top 20 global consumer and enterprise technology companies\. AECOM is looking for a highly motivated, resourceful and experienced business development lead with a passion for people, technology and the built environment\. The selected individual will drive the day\-to\-day High Tech marketing and business development plan for the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California and help shape the client experience alongside AECOM technical and business development staff\. The person in this role will also be responsible for preparing proposals, market research, and targeting new clients in a competitive environment\. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below: + Identifying existing and new clients and opportunities in the market for full life cycle service offerings + Actively developing and participating in positioning strategies + Participate and/or lead in the creation and delivery of proposals, presentations and client deliverables + Creating, tracking, and maintaining leads in Salesforce + Working in close collaboration with a technically\-savvy, sales\-oriented team of professionals + Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new projects/programs while ensuring that clients are satisfied + Develop forward thinking, data\-driven sales analyses and recommendations that align with high tech client goals and develop service solutions to pitch to clients **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Construction or other related field + 8\+ years' related work experience, preferably in industries related to technology, engineering, construction, real estate, etc\. + A Master’s Degree can substitute for two years of experience + Demonstrated success performing in a large matrixed organization + Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with account teams; Team player + Has a bias for solving client needs first and an ability to collaborate across multiple groups within AECOM + Client service experience and/or industry experience + Has the tenacity to stay focused on driving business results + Experience in process development and implementation + Excellent written and oral communications skills and interpersonal skills + Project management experience and ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously + Has a passion for innovation and an entrepreneurial, can\-do spirit **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's Degree a plus **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
