**About the Business Line** **Building Engineering**
We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors\. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design\. We embed sustainability principles in every design\.
**Job Summary**
+ Lead technical team to deliver project tasks\.
+ Lead internal technical supervision, training and skill development\.
+ Perform team/resources planning and management\.
+ Perform project management and administration\.
+ Perform client care and liaison as well as external communication\.
+ Recruit more technical talent and experts\.
+ Perform business development and promote AECOM branding in the market place\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Recognized degree in Civil and Structural Engineering\. Post\-graduate degree preferred\.
+ Recognized professional qualifications such as MIStructE, MHKIE, 1RSE\-PRC\.
+ Minimum 15 years post graduate experience in structural engineering with at least the recent 5 years in Asia, preferable in China\.
+ In depth technical knowledge of structural design in various applications\.
+ Familiar with China design codes and standards\.
+ Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills\.
+ Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese \(Putonghua\)\.
+ Candidates with less experience will be considered forAssociate or Senior Engineer\.
**Preferred Qualifications** Solid Structural engineering experience in China projects\.
