Minimum Requirements: AECOM is seeking an Software Developer in our Crane, IN location!
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience and up to two years of related experience. Excellent communications and analytical skills; demonstrated working knowledge of a programming language, computer systems and integrated software applications programs. The ability to troubleshoot hardware and software and IAT2 certification. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
Job Description: Develop, code , test, perform maintenance and debug new software or enhancements to existing software.
Essential responsibilities include:
Collaborate with technical staff to understand and resolve software problems, address customer complaints related to software issues and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.
May be involved in the development of software user manuals and demonstrate software applications.
Write programs according to specifications for higher level personnel.
Suggest solutions for problems or software enhancements
Install systems and train customer to new applications
