**Job Summary** AECOM was created to design, build, finance and operate the world’s infrastructure\.

We are looking for a Senior Manager to be responsible for international tax provision and special projects\.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Preparation and review of ASC 740 foreign tax provision
+ Manage, coach and train staff
+ Research, analyze, interpret and apply international tax laws and principles to Company transactions
+ Identify emerging international tax issues and potential impact on Company
+ Manage international tax aspects of income tax audits in the US
+ Review and assist in the preparation of international income tax compliance \(Forms 1118, 5471, 8865, 8858, and related forms and calculations\.\)
+ Manage special projects as needed, including but not limited to: corporate allocations, tax calculations, transfer pricing studies with outside consultants, M&A transactions, M&A integrations, reorganizations and other tax projects
**Minimum Requirements** **Requirements:**
+ 6 to 10 years of combined Federal and/or International income tax provision experience
+ Minimum of 6 years of international tax experience
+ Mix of public and private accounting/tax experience preferred
+ BS/BA degree in Accounting
+ CPA preferred
+ Ability to research, analyze, interpret and apply international tax laws and principles
+ Must have significant understanding of core international tax concepts including income sourcing, expense apportionment & allocation, E&P, foreign tax credit, and Subpart F\.
+ Ability to identify emerging tax issues and potential impact to Company
+ Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and change in priorities
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ SOX 404 experience a plus
+ Advanced knowledge of Excel
+ Familiarity with Hyperion and Oracle
