AECOM’s Global Support Services \(GSS\) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs\. **Job Summary** Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst das Management und die Abwicklung von Projekten vorwiegend im Bezug auf die Realisierung von anspruchsvollen Hochbauprojekten und die Bewertung von Gebäuden\. Gemeinsam mit unserem interdisziplinären Team von Architekten, Bauingenieuren und Umweltingenieuren realisieren und gestalten Sie erfolgreich die Projekte unserer Kunden\.
Ihre Aufgaben im Einzelnen
+ Durchführung/Mitarbeit bei Hochbauplanungen von der Grundlagenermittlung bis zur Ausführungsplanung mit Schwerpunkt Industriebau/ Bürogebäude
+ Verantwortung aller Leistungsphasen der HOAI \(LPH 1 – 9\)
+ Bauüberwachung/Bauleitung
+ Koordination der internen und externen am Bau beteiligten Firmen, Planer, Architekten und Ingenieure
+ Hochbauliche Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden
+ Durchführung von Genehmigungsverfahren und behördlichen Abstimmungen
+ Fortlaufende Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität
+ Durchführung von Gebäudezustandsbewertungen \(Technical Due Diligence\) im Rahmen von Immobilientransaktionen \(Property Condition Assessment\)
+ Erstellung von Gutachten/Berichten in englischer und in deutscher Sprache
**Minimum Requirements** Ihr Profil
+ Abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen oder gleichwertig
+ 3 \- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Ausführung von Hochbauprojekten
+ Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
+ Anwenderkenntnisse im Programm BIM \(CAD 3D/ Revit\) wünschenswert
+ Sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Baurechts und der VOB
+ Gute Kenntnisse von MS\-Office \(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project
+ Ausgeprägte unternehmerische Denk\- und Arbeitsweise sowie stark ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
+ Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
+ Kommunikationsstärke \(in Wort und Schrift\)
+ Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Anwenderkenntnisse im Programm BIM \(CAD 3D/ Revit\) wünschenswert
