We enable the success of our employees and our operations by ensuring they have the tools, information, resources and support they need to do their jobs\. **Job Summary** We are seeking a Procurement Business Analyst to join the Procurement Business Analysis & Reporting team\. He/she will be a direct report of the Manager, Procurement Business Analysis and Reporting and will be an integral component of the transformation initiative currently in process at AECOM\. Procurement Business Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and reporting support to the Global Procurement team, including project and savings tracking\. S/he will also be responsible for development and delivery of management reporting and supporting regular spend reviews using our Spend Analytics tool\. S/he will become familiar with the Global Procurement department policies, procedures and communicate compliance issues and performance to management\. S/he will work with the Manager, Procurement Business Analysis and Reporting to ensure internal management reporting processes are consistent, streamlined and executed effectively\. MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: + Responsible for creating monthly management reporting; working with key Procurement leads to gather the necessary data and synthesize into cohesive package\. + Collaborate at a high level with internal team members, business partners and Procurement Management + Work with Procurement teams to review management reporting, savings and project tracking, and spend analysis to identify trends and opportunity areas\. + Gain expertise in AECOM’s spend management tool to monitor and analyze local, regional and global spend by category + Support local and regional key supplier reviews and identify opportunities for improved sourcing initiatives including, regional or global agreements, the latter being referred to Procurement Corporate and/or Strategic groups + Support initiatives for regional supplier consolidation, improved supply chain efficiencies, cost savings and avoidances\. Liaise with procurement peers to provide a coordinated approach facilitating the maximum benefits to the business + Track and report suppliers’ performance against KPIs, SLAs, benchmarking, contract management and SBR’s\. + Anticipate problems, recognizing obstacles and seeking opportunities + Takes a collaborative and strategic, service\-based approach to Procurement delivery, focused on service and solution\-oriented results + May undertake special projects as required **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor degree in Business or Finance; MS/MBA preferred + Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Management Reporting\. + Knowledge of management reporting , benchmarking, analysis, financial fundamentals, principles, theories and processes + Proven analytical skills of both tactical and strategic initiatives/processes + Experience working with a team and ability to work in a virtual environment, with team members, management, and internal clients located across the globe\. + Possesses a strong client focus, as demonstrated by a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work assignments and new learning opportunities + Has strong decision\-making abilities and is able to effectively able to balance and integrate his/her business intuition with a fact\-based approach + Experience working in a large organization, preferably Fortune 500 company, preferred + Demonstrated knowledge of various Procurement concepts, practices, procedures, and compliance requirements + Ability to clearly articulate point of view orally and in writing; ability to grasp quickly business objectives and strategies and how service offerings support the attainment of those objectives + High level of proficiency in business computer applications including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Access and Outlook + Strong relationship building and consulting skills + High level of flexibility in working style and schedule + Ability to work flexibly and adjust to changing priorities and unforeseen events + Diplomatically address sensitive issues confidentially and professionally + Work independently and consistently in a fast paced environment with a demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines + Strong planning and decision\-making abilities **Preferred Qualifications** + Prefer candidates in Denver, CO\. **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
