More information on AECOM and its services can be found at www\.aecom\.com\. **About the Business Line** **Environment** Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources\. **Job Summary** AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Administrative Assistant for immediate employment for the Sacramento, CA office\. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects\. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below: + Quality control of reports of all types\. Ensure accuracy to detail with missing/inaccurate information + Candidate will be responsible for document producing, formatting, editing and proofreading + Provides administrative support to office leadership + Responsible for project correspondence, meeting calendar, telephone screening, and returning some calls + Coordinates and develops both project and operation reports for distribution + Enters data in various software programs including MS Office Suite + Maintains accurate working files \(electronic and hard copy\) as per AECOM and project requirements + Responsible for ordering and maintaining the inventory of supplies + Attendance at staff meetings, generation and distribution of meeting minutes + Orders equipment + Arranging complex international and domestic travel itineraries + Scheduling meetings, visitors, and liaison with internal and external clients + Maintains the master subscriptions list for periodicals, newsletters, both print and online + Manages call lists based on e\-mails and voice mails + Manage executive inbox by identifying priority requests and responding to issues that are more administrative and require scheduling + Performs research related to executive travel briefings, events planning, and other matters + Manage special projects and special events + Organize small and large group meetings both internally and externally, coordinating activities among various parties, e\.g\. Clients, vendors, IT\. Handling pre\-meeting material, e\.g\. presentations and reports + Maintain accurate databases electronically to include address books, files and contacts **Minimum Requirements** + High School Diploma or equivalent + 6\+ years related experience working in a professional, fast\-paced office environment with confidential information + Must be dependable, highly organized, detailed oriented and attentive to quality control + Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor + Must be to prioritize, complete multiple tasks, work well under pressure and follow through to achieve deliverables for each assigned Executive + Ability to generate cohesive reports and presentation independently + Ability to coordinate real time activities and priorities + Effective written and oral communication skills + Experience in working with highly confidential information + Ability to think and act independently and strategically + Must possess highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion required + Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively and meet tight deadlines + Must demonstrate good judgment and decision making capabilities + Must be a resourceful and independent thinker + Knowledge of financials and operations + Proactive in producing effective ideas on improving performances, procedures and protocols + Must be a self\-starter with excellent prioritization skills + Experienced working with all levels in a corporate environment + Excellent word processing, formatting skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Outlook + High Level of knowledge in Adobe Professional + Ability to create and maintain tracking mechanisms for multiple purposes + Effective abilities in copying, faxing and scanning of documents + Ability to adapt to ever\-changing policies and priorities under pressure + Ability to multi\-task is a must **Preferred Qualifications** + Associate's Degree preferred + Experience dealing with contracts helpful + Experience with Salesforce software desired + Ability to think not only on focused practice, but on other business lines and areas – “see the big picture” + Ability to perform outreach activities in terms of giving the practice the profile exposure in the market, both locally and within AECOM **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
