We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe\. **Job Summary** The Federal Projects Group of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Construction Site Manager for immediate employment in Brasilia, Brazil\. This assignment is for approximately 5 months of time in country\. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in Construction Management, specific to performance of multi\-trade work and small renovation projects in OCONUS / overseas environments\. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: + Reports to Project Manager on all Project Issues\. Construction site manager is the assistant to the Project Manager and is the onsite " eyes and ears" for the project + Perform project oversight and inspection to ensure compliance of approved designs + Quality \- Monitors Contractor Quality Control Plan and responsible for management of corrections with the applicable subcontractor + Safety \- Responsible for safety compliance with USACE EM\-385\-1\-1 / OSHA regulations and corrections of non\-compliance + Schedule \- Maintains the project schedule and updates the project schedule with 4 week look ahead’s\. Coordination with the Facility Manager and occupants in renovation spaces + Daily Report \- Generates and Maintains the Daily Production / Field Report + RFI's and Submittal Review \- Generation and Review of RFI's and Submittals + Site Meetings \- Manage weekly site/ owner meetings and generation of the meeting minutes for record purposes + Site Logistics \- Generation and maintenance of the site logistics plan\. Coordination of shutdowns and construction activities with Facility Manager + Security – Ensures that the site is secure at all times and that the contractor’s personnel and vehicles have the appropriate clearance passes + Compile and Maintain Jobsite Project Record documents + Researches feasibility of alternative design approaches, site conditions and regulatory agency specifications + This position requires the flexibility to serve as a cross\-disciplinary resource to best serve the needs of the AECOM Corporation **Minimum Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent + 10\+ years of related experience + 5\+ years of related work experience as Construction Manager or Project Superintendent and familiar with all aspects of mult discipline trade work + Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Issued Top Secret Security Clearance\. US Citizenship is a specific requirement for employment + Experience with all aspects of Project Management and Construction + Relevant Experience working in Government Installations in OCONUS / Overseas locations + 1\+ years of experience working in OCONUS / Overseas experience + Working knowledge of OBO and Department of State Construction and Security Requirements\. Experience in working in and on SCIF spaces + Good Organizational, leadership, scheduling and communication skills + Fluent in English + Experience and knowledge in working with USACE CQC and EM\-385\-1\-1 Safety Requirements + Familiar with State Department and OBO building requirements + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications \- specifically MS Word and MS Excel + Experience in developing and updating Short Interval Production Schedules and 4 week look ahead schedules + Proficient in the ability to read, understand and interpret construction documents, specifications and submittals + Proficient in Quality Control and experience in performance of preparatory, initial and final inspections **Preferred Qualifications** None **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
