AECOM’s Global Support Services \(GSS\) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs\. **Job Summary** AECOM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Travel Clerk III** in Ft\. Bliss, Tx\. The duties and responsibilities of the Travel Clerk III include performing transportation duties to facilitate government sponsored passenger travel\. Reviews travel documents comprised of official orders and related information to ascertain eligibility for transportation services\. And arrange of travel using federal, commercial or contract carriers\. Conducts detailed reviews of travel request to verify proper signatures and current fiscal data and that travel allowances and itinerary correlated with purpose of travel\. Check rate charged to the government in addition to specific details such as departure and arrival dates and times\. Ensures that all duties are in accordance with the established regulations and operating procedures\. Seeks advice and assistance on unusual and difficult problems; reviews work on a regular basis\. Performs other duties and additional duties as assigned\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Must be Computer Literate
+ Must be familiar with Department of Defense Transportation and Travel Regulations
+ Must be extremely Customer Focused
+ Must have the ability to multi\-task
+ Must have the ability to brief small and large groups of people
