We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe\. **Job Summary** Responsible for the administration and oversight of all documentation and reporting related to project green building / sustainable design practices and as required to acquire the targeted LEED certification based on the United Stated Green Building Council \(USGBC\) Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design \(LEED\) rating system\. + Acquire a comprehensive understanding and interpretation of the LEED rating system and each of the project specific points being targeted\. + Conduct regularly scheduled contractor meetings to schedule, track and monitor the progress of equipment & material procurement, construction and all related documentation\. + Interact effectively with the other members of the project management staff and provide progress updates as to contractor status and adherence to their responsibilities related to the LEED documentation and stipulations\. + Evaluate and finalize sustainable design and construction strategies in cooperation with the owner, design team and consultants\. + Lead all procurement efforts with the goal of achieving the highest quality products and materials at the lowest possible cost while meeting the project schedule and sustainability requirements + Knowledge of all facets of the LEED rating system\. + General understating of all phases of the construction process with particular emphasis on the paperwork and procedures related to material and equipment submissions\. + Must have strong interpersonal and influencing skills needed to communicate with the variety of participants involved with a construction project\. + Determines the priority of assignments based on critical deadlines that must be met\. + The ability to analyze, interpret and understand a variety of data in connection with the various LEED categories and targeted points\. + The ability to develop and present spreadsheets, charts, tables and other means of tracking and presenting the data required in connection with the various LEED categories and targeted points\. **Minimum Requirements** A recognized degree in Construction, an Engineering or Construction Management discipline or equivalent experience and training preferred\. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with green building / energy efficiency incentive programs\. The ability to perform computations and calculations as required in connection with the various LEED categories and targeted points\. Completion of one or more LEED technical training workshops for New Constrcution, Commercial Interiors, Core & Shell or Existing Buildings\. Work experience leading to a thorough understanding of the knowledge described above\. Certification as a LEED Accredited Professional through the USGBC\. Accreditation as a LEED Accredited Professional \(LEED AP\) through the U\.S\. Green Building Council \.Multiple accreditations are preferred \(i\.e\. New Construction, Existing Buildings, and Commercial Interiors\)\.
