**Job Summary**
AECOM Middle East is currently inviting expressions of interest for a major transport program in Saudi Arabia\. As the Program Manager, AECOM will provide resources, experience, systems process and knowledge to take responsibility for managing all aspects of the Program and Project lifecycle stages including the design, construction, commissioning, handover and transition for future legacy phases\.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Performing work, which may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements\.
+ Show competence in all conventional aspects of the subject matter of the functional area of the assignments, plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria\.
+ Devising new approaches to problems encountered\.
+ Independently performs most assignments with instructions as to the general results expected\.
+ Receive technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects
+ Work independently with general guidance except for complex and unusual situations\.
**Minimum Requirements** Minimum18yearsofexperienceinSystems Assuranceincluding atleast10yearsin railway, transportation, andmajorurban programs\.
Minimumof 7yearsof experiencewithmanagement responsibilities\.
**Preferred Qualifications** Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer Certification is preferred\.
