Armed Services is desired, current USMC operations experience is a plus. Must have excellent writing and communication skills, and strong verbal and interpersonal skills; as daily interaction with all levels of management will be required. Selected candidate must be a self-starter and able to work well, independently, with minimal supervision and broad direction. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
Marine Corps Action Tracking System (MCATS) experience and deployment paperwork knowledge desired.
This position may require travel up to 5%.
The position will require ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Current clearance is highly desired.
Job Description: AECOM is seeking Marine Corps Enterprise Operations Support to support USMC programs.
The selected candidate will be responsible for operational coordination and support for MCSC and/or PEO LS Program. Responsible for performing internal and external USMC and contractor personnel deployment coordination, documentation, planning, and closure tasks; coordinating the allocation and use of resources to accomplish MCSC internal objectives; and processing public release request forms.
Incumbent will be responsible for processing and submitting facility requests, collecting and consolidating responses to Marine Corps Action Tracking System (MCATS) taskers, preparing forward deployment packages for military, government civilian and contractor personnel travel to combatant commands’ areas of responsibility, issuing and recording technical asset management records, executing and administering the quarterly Consolidated Memorandum Report (CMR), and creating and maintaining audio and visual informational media, bulletin boards and video / audio displays.
The successful candidate should possess the ability to track, process, produce and distribute deliverables and monitor comment on status; collect and analyze data; participate in program management reviews and business meetings; prepare and coordinate inputs for acquisition documentation, status reports, briefings and information inquiries; provide comments and consolidate and adjudicate comments from various organizations. Duties may also require: prepare reports, prepare program management correspondence (i.e., letters, memos and route sheets), charts, spreadsheets, and meeting minutes as required.
