**Job Summary** **Organizational Structure:**
The Business Development Manager will report to theSenior Business Development Manager
**Position Summary:**
The Business Development Manager will work with Executives in Hong Kong for economics, planning and design and landscape architecture to develop strategies for identifying and pursuing work in the Hong Kong Region\. As part this role, the Business Development Manager will be expected to coordinate efforts with other AECOM business lines in the Asia region as well as support the pursuit of international work while necessary\.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies
+ Monitor and track all responses to marketing activities
+ Provide solutions to clients and work together with business development team member on sales proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials and contract
+ Ensure high quality of proposal submittals
+ Maintain client relationship
+ Coordinate with project team leaders on project negotiations and execution
+ Track opportunity leads and prepare reports
+ Fosters collaboration among Business Development teams and facilitates work\-load sharing, where possible\.
+ Assist in other job duties as assigned
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Degree holders in Business/Engineering or related disciplines
+ Minimum 6 years relevant working experience\. Industry experience \(engineering / architecture / landscape design\) is highly preferred\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Proactive, meticulous, self\-motivated and hands\-on team\-player with the ability to multitask\.
+ Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese \(Cantonese & Putonghua\) required\.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential; ability to communicate well with clients and senior management\.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and other design software\.
**Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager, Business Development\.**
