**Job Summary** AECOM Middle East is currently inviting expressions of interest for a major transport program in Saudi Arabia\. As the Program Manager, AECOM will provide resources, experience, systems process and knowledge to take responsibility for managing all aspects of the Program and Project lifecycle stages including the design, construction, commissioning, handover and transition for future legacy phases\.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Implementing project health safety and environment plan\.
+ Monitoring policies, procedures, programs, standards, and design criteria affecting construction safety on a construction project\.
+ Determining cause of unsafe condition through procedure review, equipment and facilities inspection, and worker observation with corrective action recommendations provided\.
+ Assisting management with in meeting established safety and risk management goals and objectives\.
+ Reviewing and overseeing procedures for investigating construction accidents\.
+ Collecting and analyzing injury and safety survey statistical data to write technical reports and makes presentations to contractors and regional management regarding contractor performance\.
+ Area of work may require movement off site periodically\.Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate\.
**Minimum Requirements** Eighteen \(18\) years minimum experience
Middle East experience essential
Minimum five \(5\) years relevant program experience
**Preferred Qualifications** BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent
