We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe\. **Job Summary** The NYC Metro Area Project Management/Construction Management \(PM/CM\) team of AECOM is seeking a creative, highly talented professional for immediate employment in support of the New York City Build it Back Program\. This position will be physically located in one of the five Boroughs of New York City\. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: + The position will entail reporting to a Site Supervisor at an assigned Build it Back Housing Recovery Center, with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to supporting the Site Supervisor in: + Providing daily direction and oversight of staff that are engaging with applicants to process their Build it Back Single Family program file + Managing the staff schedules in Housing Recovery Centers at your assigned location + Partnering with City staff and non\-URS\-vendor representatives stationed at the assigned Housing Recovery Center and as\-needed City\-supported community events **Minimum Requirements** + Minimum 8\+ years of experience managing service center operations or grants administration + Or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience + Strong managerial skills, ability to juggle multiple high\-priority tasks, make resource adjustments as required to accommodate customer demand + Computer literacy, including, but no limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint + Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills are required + Ability to work in a high demand/volume environment + Ability to manage a team and process against developed standard operating procedures and evolving policy guidance **Preferred Qualifications** N/A **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
