We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe\. **Job Summary** AECOM is currently seeking a **Project Controls Engineer** to be based in **Abu Dhabi** and assists and supports PM' & SPM's with a range of PCS tasks\. Duties & Responsibilities: •Accountable for PCS tasks on a small project under the overall guidance of a more senior Project Controls Manager\. •Knowledge of the relevant AECOM systems and processes\. •Competent with the project controls systems such as scheduling, cost and document management tools\. •Cost controls and management: Collate information and updates from the various stakeholders\. Maintaining the logs and sending notifications to the team with regards to any potential issue\. •Time management: Preparing programmes using the relevant software\. Updating and sending notifications to the team\. •Document control and management: Administering the flow charts and work flows\. Preparing the logs and administering the updates with the document control team\. •Reports and information management: Preparing the monthly reports and collating information from the team\. Preparing reports as required for the project\. •Project controls systems tools: Knowledge of the systems and ability to administer once training is provided\. •AECOM process: Knowledge of the systems and policy\. •Business process: Knowledge of the best practice in the market\. **Minimum Requirements** A minimum of 5\+ years related work experience is essential\.
