Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Engineering or demonstrated equivalent is required.
• Must have a minimum of eight years of progressive supervisory experience in managing contracts for maintenance, operation, or construction services for facilities, utilities, or infrastructure.
• Good communications and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs.
• Requires knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet and database software.
• Position may require travel.
• Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
Job Description: AECOM has an opportunity for a Facilities & Building Manager to join our team at Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans, Louisiana!
The Facilities & Building Manager is responsible for insuring efficient utilization and accountability for space and facilities based on needs, space limitations, and cost considerations. Facility services relate to new construction, remodeling, building maintenance, and rearrangement; including assuring compliance with all applicable codes, rules, regulations, laws, and Company standards. Work requires knowledge of cost estimating, planning and scheduling techniques.
