Must have working knowledge of MS Office and database management software. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced team environment. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Operation of forklift is incidental to the job and training can be provided. Employee must be willing to train in order to operate equipment. Purpose and Scope: Manage personal property transfers, establish/refine procedures for all phases of personal property management including receipt, control, disbursement, and sale of property, oversee warehouse operations, develop and implement an equipment management information system, and establish an inspection, maintenance and repair capability for stored or leased equipment.
