• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field of study or demonstrated equivalent work experience OR a combination of equivalent experience and education.
• Experience: 2 years of professional human resources experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience supporting Recruiters or an HR team with recruiting responsibilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting process.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Full proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Power Point, Word and Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to partner effectively with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to change priorities quickly and work well in a fast paced environment.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated; must work well independently and as part of a team.

Position Description:
You will play a crucial role within a fast-paced talent acquisition team, providing exceptional service to hiring managers and to the TA team, with timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in your work product and attention to detail.
The role is a unique one, focusing on both recruitment coordination and recruitment auditing responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Post new requisitions on a daily basis.
• In partnership with recruiters and recruiting leadership, coordinate onsite and phone interview loops and candidate correspondence.
• Track recruiting activity and run weekly reports as needed.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates as needed
• Assisting in the coordination of other non-recruiting activities as needed
• Conduct monthly recruiting audits to ensure the recruiting organization is meeting established OFFCP regulatory requirements. This will include performing the audit and providing the monthly Recruiting Audit Report to the Recruiting Leadership team and greater recruiting organization. Additionally, be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and delivering remedial training to improve the Recruiting organization's overall performance on the monthly recruiting audit.
