**Job Summary**
+ Support Project Team in preparation of documents and materials \(maps, drawings, designs, owner register breakdowns, etc\.\) necessary for submission and obtain location decisions and constructions permit \(and other administration decisions if require\)
+ Support Technical Project Manager in terms of preparation of the scope of work \(part of subs contract\) for potential Subs \(land surveyors\);
+ Coordination, revision, monitoring, control and check of any outputs made by Subcontractors before submission to the client\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or appropriate discipline
+ 2 years of experience \(or more\) in Land Survey would be an advantage
+ Working knowledge of software appropriate for the discipline \(TerraModeler, Cad, Microstation\)
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Communicative knowledge of English
+ Driving license cat\. B \- would be an advatage
