We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe\. **Job Summary** Location: Los Angeles, CA Reports to the Vice President Department of Energy Incentive\. Supports the Vice President and Senior Manager Department of Energy Incentives on daily activities\. Responsible for creating, assembling and preparing for signature legal contracts templates and agreements to support the Department of Energy Incentives\. Specific duties include: + Perform routine administrative duties as assigned by the Vice President Energy Incentives to include electronic filing of records, creation of spreadsheets and tables to aggregate and display data, follow up with program stakeholders to ensure that contracts and agreements are processed accurately and in a timely fashion\. + Create and maintain an accurate history of completed energy incentives in a format approved by the Vice President Department of Energy Incentives\. Review sub\-contractor contracts and invoices for completeness, accuracy prior to payment by the Corporate Tax Department\. + Provide accounting and the corporate tax department with updates to contacts in order to expedite payments\. + Participate in staff and vendor meetings in person or by teleconference as directed\. Assist in the maintenance of the Vice President’s meeting calendar and assist with departmental travel coordination\. + Review, log and monitor contracts to maintain compliance\. Prepare reports + Receive direction from immediate supervisor in completing non\-routine assignments + Gather statistics and general data; review and combine this information into established reports for use internally + Scan, fax and bind documents, reports, and proposals as required according to contractual needs\. + May develop new reports or revise existing reports, as directed\. Such reports may be in spreadsheet or graphical formats, or narrative\-style word processing + Originate correspondence and reports not requiring the personal attention of immediate supervisor + Prepare general correspondence and maintains general files\. + Liaison with individuals working in the Corporate Tax office regarding contract specifics\. Contribute to the advancement of client goals through commitment to productive collaboration with all stakeholders **Minimum Requirements** No technical degree required High school diploma required Intermediate skills with Excel and Powerpoint required **Preferred Qualifications** Basic understanding of simple contract documents and formats\.
