**About the Business Line** **Building Engineering**
We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors\. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design\. We embed sustainability principles in every design\.
**Job Summary**
+ Expert in Building Simulations including, site level studies,passive design strategies,energy simulation,daylight simulation,natural ventilation analysis,thermal modeling, renewable energy,
+ LEED/GRIHA documentation
+ Proficient in atleast IES, eQUEST & ECOTECT
+ Prepare building analysis reports to present results and research findings
+ Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and/or design teams
+ Should have completed at least 5\-7 green building certified projects
+ Should be able to coordinate directly with clients
+ Understanding of green building rating programmes required
+ Work with design teams in an integrated design approach to identify appropriate design strategies geared towards improving energy performance, indoor air quality, and thermal comfort;
+ Prepare documentation for green building certifications associated with energy modeling; assist with coordination of other documentation as necessary
+ Job Location\- Noida
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Experience with thermal comfort analysis, CFD, daylight simulation, life\-cycle cost analysis
+ Experience with following simulation software: IES, eQUEST, TRANSYS, DOE\-2, Energy Plus, Design Builder, RETScreen, HAP, TRACE
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite \(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint\)
+ Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to communicate in a timely manner appropriate with clients and building design team members
+ Knowledge and experience on Building Audits and Building Commissioning is preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Mechanical Engineering/ Environment
+ Accredited professional from LEED/ IGBC/ GRIHA
