**Job Summary** AECOM Middle East is currently inviting expressions of interest for a major transport program in Saudi Arabia\. As the Program Manager, AECOM will provide resources, experience, systems process and knowledge to take responsibility for managing all aspects of the Program and Project lifecycle stages including the design, construction, commissioning, handover and transition for future legacy phases
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Interacting with client and upper level management\.
+ Liaising with the program/ project teams and staff\.
+ Planning work commitments and coordinating priorities\.
+ Training, mentoring and developing staff\.
+ Reviewing and analyzing cost information from various sources\.
+ Reviewing documents for constructability and budget constraints\.
+ Preparing formal take\-off estimates with documentation of estimate logic and methods\.
+ Preparing cost associated reports and presentations\.\.
+ Supporting strategic decision\-makingthrough data capture, analysis and reporting\.
+ Maintaining and developing the costdatabase\.
+ Maintaining and developing policies, proceduresand standard templates\.
+ Implementing and following QualityManagement System\.
+ Producing cost estimates fromconceptual sketches, detailed design, descriptive narratives and otherdrawings, and specifications\.
+ Ensuring that the project remains on budget through the design and construction phases\.
+ Assessing progress payments and change requests\.
+ Reviewing and comparing scopes of work, productionrates, and cost data\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Minimum18yearsofexperienceinEstimationincluding atleast10yearsin railway, transportation, andmajorurban programs\.
+ Minimumof 7yearsof experiencewithmanagement responsibilities\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying\.
