**Job Summary** We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing Nordic region\. This role reports into the Head of HR \- Europe\.
The primary focus of this role is the provision of generalist HR support across our network of offices across the Nordic region\. You will ensure that effective and legally compliant employee relations processes are developed, implemented, monitored and evaluated to enable fair and consistent practice across the business\. You will be accountable for ensuring all HR policies \(current and new\) are in line with changing business needs whilst meeting legislative and best practice guidelines, including driving appropriate communication of these across the business\. As a trusted senior internal advisor to our business, you will also take responsibility in serious matters such as escalated risks, senior case management and tribunals\.
Another key activity will be developing and managing HR projects in varying size and scope working collaboratively with the business directorship\.

**Minimum Requirements**
+ University graduate \(human resources management\) with proven experience within a generalist HR environment \(at least 5 years of experience\)\.
+ Broad knowledge of HR related topics and understanding of Swedish employment legislation\. You should also have a cursory knowledge of Denmark, Norway and Finland employment structure and processes\.
+ Fluent in minimum one \(and ideally several\) Scandinavian languages as well as fluent English \(written and spoken\)\.
+ High\-level communication skills\.
+ Ability to build strong working relationships\.
+ Customer orientation\.
+ Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills \(able to prioritize work\)\.
+ Ability to multi\-task and work independently in a fast\-paced international environment\.
+ Fluency in Swedish and English\.
**Preferred Qualifications** **Scope/responsibilities – related to Sweden, Norway and Finland:**
+ Provide strong recruiting support including sourcing and recruiting hard\-to\-find talent\.
+ Provide operational support to line managers in relation to employee relations activities, e\.g\. disciplinary, employment legislation, performance and absence issues\.
+ Ensure local definition/update & implementation of all HR policies and procedures\.
+ Deploy local activities and programs associated with the annual HR cycle including pay review, annual appraisal, training, benefits etc\.
+ Work on programs enhancing employees’ motivation and engagement\.
+ Prepare job contracts and other employment related documents, as well as reporting to local authorities any staff related information as required\.
+ Support the payroll aspects in collaboration with the external payroll provider\.
+ Co\-ordinate of the on\-boarding and exit process\.
+ Coordinate international relocation and internal transfers\.
+ Undertake HR projects as required\.
+ Coordinate data input/update for external vendors managing pension fund, medical service\.
+ Participate in HR strategic projects\.
