More information on AECOM and its services can be found at www\.aecom\.com\. **About the Business Line** **Environment** Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources\. **Job Summary** AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Project Manager for immediate employment for the Honolulu, HI office\. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below: + Successfully manage and direct professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects + Must lead team by utilizing advanced scientific principles, theories, practices existing technologies and past experience to develop technical solutions to complex problems + Interprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, state and federal regulations to ensure compliance + Analyze financial statements and budget tracking + Work is performed with minimal direction with periodic reporting to area manager + Oversees the preparation of work plans and organizes project studies + Performs complex assignments often requiring the development of unique solutions to problems with the support of the project team + Acts as the technical expert supporting junior and mid\-level staff through mentoring and career development + Supervises junior and mid\-level staff during all phases of project work + Conducts reviews and provides staff feedback for continued improvement **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Engineering, Science or related field + 10\+ years' experience with at least 5 of those years’ related to specific CERCLA, RCRA, DOD, and State of Hawaii TGM and TCP programs + AECOM MAP training required + Familiar with DOD QSM and UFPP QAPP + Must understand SI, RI/FS, RA, and PP and ROD process and deliverables + Technical expertise backed\-up by staff and project management skills + Experience in team management and scheduling of staff and resources to ensure on time and on budget project delivery + Familiar with project invoicing and cash flow management + Strong organizational and communication skills + Experience preparing proposals, cost estimates, and change orders or proposals + Has participated on and/or lead teams of professionals who have had the responsibility to prepare Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, Risk Assessment, Treatability Studies, Proposed Plans, and Records of Decisions, in support of Federal environmental projects **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's Degree a plus + Registration a plus **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
