AECOM’s Global Support Services \(GSS\) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs\. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere\. **Job Summary** AECOM, the implementer of Effective Planning and Services Project \(EPSP\) a USAID\-funded project implemented in Cairo, Egypt, invites proposals for a study tour for Egyptian Ministry of Planning, Monitoring, and Administrative Reform \(MPMAR\) senior officials to South Africa\. The period of performance for this subcontract is anticipated commencing on July 16, 2015 and running for two months\. The study tour dates are currently planned for September 1\-8, 2015 in Johannesburg, South Africa\.
The study tour will provide an opportunity for the Egyptian Ministry senior officials and top management to observe firsthand the public administration management approaches, best planning practices and public service capacity building programs and approaches to budgeting for public sector investment projects in South Africa\. As a result of this study tour, the participants will be better equipped to modernize and implement GoE planning initiatives and public service and administration reform interventions\.
