Job Description: AECOM has several opportunities for a Compliance Manager to join our team at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi!
This position will be responsible for the administration and implementation of company-wide compliance programs based on approved Company Policies and Procedures and adhering to Federal and State compliance requirements.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Develop and update Affirmative Action Plans for all division locations with over fifty employees.
2. Coordinate the development and submission of all company-wide reporting requirements (VETS-100, EEO-1 Reports, OFCCP responses, etc.).
3. Conduct internal audits on all locations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and federal and state requirements.
4. Conduct internal audits based on SOX and ISO requirements.
5. Act as HR internal auditor and conduct internal audits for the various HR functions and processes e.g., HRMS, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, etc.
6. Provide technical support in the analysis and implementation of HR strategic plans and initiatives.
7. Assist HR management in implementing programs to improve business processes and operational effectiveness.
