Job Description: Purpose and Scope:
Primary focus is on performance of daily administrative functions at the work site. Position reports to Program Manager
Essential Responsibilities:
1) Receives and scans documents into appropriate systems.
2) Reviews documents for accuracy, coding and entry into appropriate
3) Reviews all reports for accuracy, and codes with correct information.
4) Prepares back up documentation as necessary and maintains accurate filing system.
5) May order office supplies as required and, ensures office automation equipment is in working order, maintains adequate supply of required forms and documents to support work site personnel.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
