**Job Summary**
AECOM Middle East is currently involved in the PM/CM proposal of the Hamad International Airport Expansion project in Qatar and is inviting expressions of interest from experienced aviation professionals\. The project is key in Qatar’s national development strategy and will fulfill three critical roles: Qatar Gateway to the world, hub for the Qatar Airways and other airlines, and Cargo and Aircraft Maintenance Centre\.
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for communicating and resolving design issues with the design team which includes architectural, engineering and sub\-consultants and communicating those issues to the project delivery team
+ Identifying and reporting scope creep to the Project Director
+ Providing design review deliverable requirements to Technical Services via detailed briefing documents
+ Reviewing design documents and providing comments, Managing design reviews and all project team reviewers \(internal and external, including BIM reviewers\) and producing reports confirming the client’s direction to the design team
+ Reviewing all design reviewer comments for relevance and consistency, providing feedback to reviewers and ensuring only valid comments are issued to the design team for review\. Providing technical leadership to assure that all technical work reviewed is of high quality, accurate, and within the context of schedule and budget
+ Providing review schedule input to Project Director
+ Assuring project & deliverables are in conformance with contractual requirements
+ Assuring that all design submissions meet the quality standards set forth by the project
+ Reporting progress to the Project Director
+ Implementing and following Quality Assurance Project procedures to align with the Program requirements
+ Reviewing and evaluating developments & changes to the design and provide clear recommendations to the design team and client\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Minimum 15 years appropriate experience on large/complex buildings
+ Experience in large international airport projects preferred
**Preferred Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Architecture
