**Job Summary** The Senior Executive Compensation Analyst will support the executive compensation department in the areas of financial analysis and forecasting, executive compensation program design and preparation of executive compensation materials for Senior Management and the Compensation & Organization \(C&O\) Committee\. The position will report to the Executive Compensation Manager and will be a key member of the executive compensation team\. The individual assuming this role will work with corporate and global Human Resource/Center of Excellence teams as well as counterparts in finance, accounting, legal and payroll\.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Use analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting of financial and other business information to assist in the design of executive compensation programs
+ Work with Finance to model and analyze the Company’s financial performance in relationship to our short\-term and long\-term incentive compensation plan designs
+ Develop database and tools to monitor peer groups for relative financial performance, executive compensation and incentive compensation program design
+ Forecast and model potential incentive compensation plan design changes and their impact on executive compensation and the Company’s financial performance
+ Perform pro\-forma Pay\-for\-Performance test simulations as needed
+ Participate in the implementation and administration of executive compensation programs and initiatives which include base, variable, and long term incentive pay
+ Build models to forecast pro\-forma equity overhang, utilization and burn rate calculations for stock incentive plans
+ Draft compensation\-related proxy tables and assist with preparation of the Compensation Discussion & Analyst \(CD&A\) for inclusion in the annual proxy statement
+ Assist in the compilation of quarterly perquisite data for Section 16B officers for annual proxy statement reporting
+ Support preparation of deliverables for C&O Committee meetings and respond to ad\-hoc requests from Senior Management or C&O Committee Chair
+ Develop tools and templates to provide analytical support as needed
**Minimum Requirements** Education & Experience
+ BA/BS degree or equivalent in HR, Finance, Business Administration\. MBA preferred\.
+ 4 to 6 years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in a financial analyst or executive compensation role
+ CCP or GRP preferred \(or progress toward either designation\)
+ Experience in Fortune 500 company or management consulting firm desirable
Technical Skills
+ Ability to create automated tools and/or models to enhance analysis in support of compensation program design
+ Heavily seasoned “power\-user” with regard to Excel and PowerPoint preferred
+ Advanced knowledge of Oracle HR \(or comparable software\)
+ Familiarity with MS word, Access and Outlook applications
+ Compensation and financial system experience preferred, Cognos reporting experience a plus
+ Highly effective data management skills

+ Ability to employ complex analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting of financial and other business information
+ Experience in interpreting, analyzing and reporting data in a clear concise way to senior management
+ In\-depth practical knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologies
+ Baseline understanding of the intersection between finance, compensation, data modeling, and business strategy
+ Technical expertise and ability to apply logic, problem solve and deliver results on complex data analysis
+ Ability to create a comprehensive analysis of competitor results including Total Shareholder Return, Earnings Per Share, Cash Flow, etc\.
+ Knowledge of accounting and the associated rules and regulations
+ Strong analytical, organization and interpersonal skills
