**Job Summary**
The Delivery/PM Manager will have overall management responsibility to deliver the Design Build Contract successfully\. He will oversee the design and construction elements and assure they are fully integrated and in full compliance with the contract documents\. He will manage a team of professionals dealing with commercial, programme, and technical issues\. He will be the D&B Project Directors counterpart\.
+ Demonstrate experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements
+ Thorough understanding of the principles and application of earned value management of projects
+ Strong knowledge of contracts management and procurement;
+ Well versed in the key project execution technologies and systems
+ Leadership skills including technical leadership, human relations, team building innovation and motivation skills
+ Experience in successfully leading project teams
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ The ability to be an attentive and active listener who commands attention and can manage group process during presentations
+ Demonstrate time management and organisational skills
+ The ability to communicate at all levels
+ Demonstrate commercial acumen
+ Proven results in building teams level of expertise
+ Solid business development skills and the ability to build strong client relationships\.

**Minimum Requirements** The Delivery/PM Manager will have a University Degree, preferably a Master's degree, with not less than fifteen \(15\) years experience in management of design and/or construction of large civil works projects \- particularly railways\.
**Preferred Qualifications** Minimum Bachelors Degree, preferably a Masters
P\.E or CEng
