Come share your passion with us\. **About the Business Line** **Government** AECOM’s Global Support Services \(GSS\) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs\. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere\. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world\. GSS supports the U\.S\. Government, non\-U\.S\. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support\. **Job Summary** AECOM has an exciting opportunity as a **Supply Supervisor** for our Redstone Aresnal Contract in Huntsville Alabama\. Supply Supervisor supervises a professional team encompassing a wide range of functions\. Interviews, selects and places candidates into open positions\. Evaluates staff, comparing objectives and achievements in staff assessments\. Coaches employees in their professional career development and process improvements\. Issues disciplinary action when needed\. Recommends termination or contract non\-renewal when appropriate\. Responsible for day\-to\-day operation of department\. Provides guidance and assistance to assigned personnel on current principles, practices, procedures to be employed, quality of work expected and tools to be used\. Plans work schedules, sequence of operations and distribution of work\. Designates workers, assigns work, explains work requirements, procedures and assists with resolving problems\. Involved in the review of stock record accountability\. Develops operating procedures for receiving, handling, sorting, classifying documenting, and shipping products or materials\. Oversees examination of products or materials in order to estimate quantities, weight and type of container required for storage or transport\. Interfaces with other departments to determine serviceability of equipment and classification\. Coordinates with customers to organize delivery and shipping of supplies\. Interface with Government client in the assigning of condition codes to equipment\. Oversees packing / crating section and operations\. Ensures metric reports are timely and accurate\. Duties may vary dependent on department; may be responsible for overseeing personnel in other sections on the contract as required\. Performs other duties as required\. **Minimum Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent is required\. + 5 years experience in supply operations required\. + 2 years of supervisor experience required\. + Must have knowledge of U\.S\. Army supply systems including, SAMS, AWRDS, SARSS and CMST is required\. + Must have knowledge of safety, management practices and procedures involving equipment required\. + Must have knowledge of Army supply system including DLIS FEDLOG required\. + Must have knowledge of safety and hazardous materials management procedures and application required\. + Must have the ability to work effectively with employees and management of all levels to include multi\-national staff, superiors and ranking military officers\. + Must maintain a collaborative work style that fostering cooperation and teamwork\. + Must have the ability to prioritize responsibilities in order to handle a demanding workload is required\. + Must be able to demonstrat strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract and compile data for analysis required\. + Must have advanced ability to communicate in English, both orally and written, is required\. + Must have intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications, is required\. + Must possess high\-level organizational and planning skills, to ensure workflow is managed efficiently and accurately\. + Must have the ability to read, analyze and interpret reports and documents\. + Driver’s license required\. **Preferred Qualifications** + Associates degree in Supply Chain Management or similar discipline is preferred\. + US Army MOS 92A or 92Y preferred\. **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
