We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe\. **Job Summary** Location: TX Responsible for administering multiple concurrent projects from the pre\-construction \(budgeting/ schedule\) stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover and contract closeout\. The PM shall have proven experience working in Program Management teams and multi\-project assignments showing capabilities to manage multiple schedules, budgets and scopes of work\. Typical projects under this type of assignment range in size and complexity from roof repairs, HVAC installs, to classroom renovations, space build outs, additions, renovations and/or ground\-up construction, with projects ranging from $1M \- $50M\. Basic responsibilities\. + Leading the project team and ensuring project completion within budget, schedule and conformance with design documents\. + Assist the project executive in working with all departments including estimating scheduling, procurement, labor relations, finance, accounting and other services required\. The goal is to achieve an integrated team approach\. + Participate in developing project bidding strategy with the project team and purchasing department\. Prepare scopes of work for each trade, in construction with purchasing\. + Review and provide schedule information for bid documents\. May be asked to participate in contract negotiations\. + Develop with the project team, a logistics plan that allows the contractors to complete their work in a coordinated, efficient manner\. The plan should look to mitigate the impact of the project on the surrounding neighborhood and traffic around the site\. + Review and recommend approval for all major purchase orders, change orders and contractor/vendor requisitions as prepared by the project staff\. + Monitor contractor/vendor pending costs and the appropriate contractor/vendor\. Ensure that the cost report is updated on a monthly basis\. + Reviews and approves all project forecasts, schedules, cost estimates, financial reports\. Ensure that the owner is apprised of all deviations from the project baseline data \(i\.e\., original schedule, budget, etc\.\)\. + Review and provide schedule information for bid documents\. May be asked to participate in contract negotiations\. + Coordinate and integrate the activities of all staff on the project\. Establish priorities based on owner and project requirements\. + Establish regularly scheduled meetings with the contractors and design team to review shop drawing preparation / approval, equipment/material lead times and required on\-site dates, manpower projections, project schedule, quality/performance issues on and off site\. + Reviews and approves project forecasts, schedules, cost estimates, financial reports\. Ensure that the owner is apprised of all deviations from the project baseline data \(i\.e\., original schedule, budget, etc\.\)\. + Coordinate with the project executive all client “business” related contact/correspondence to ensure consistency of reporting throughout the organization\. + Obtain client’s acceptance of the work, and sign\-off for the completed project\. Responsible for the preparation and submission of the final project report, and prompt closeout of the subcontracts + Preparation of daily reports, tracking RFI status, attend weekly progress meetings with General Contractor and school district project manager\. + Reviewing all change order requests, review of all pay requests, tracking day to day progress against overall project schedule \(prepared and maintained by the general contractor\) + Co\-ordination with site personnel for the oversight of project moves associated with multiple phase construction projects occurring during ongoing operations of the school\. Work with the A/E design firms in the Design Development and Construction Document phases of work performing constructability reviews and participating in ongoing design meetings\. Responsible for preparing project update/status reports to the School Management team every two weeks **Minimum Requirements** + BS Engineering, Construction management, architecture or related field\. 10 years of progressive Project management experience on complex construction projects\. **Preferred Qualifications** + 5 \+ year experience in K\-12 and educational project/construction management preferred\.
