Additional Information: • Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. • Relocation is not available, however, per diem support is available for this position. Position Description: • Assist Project Manager to manage all contract documents. • Files & tracks all bid package documentation. • Maintains master drawing lists. • Assists in change order preparation. • Maintains DCR and change order Logs. • Copies & distributes drawings, specifications, contracts. • Route DCR’s, change orders, etc. • Project procedures manual - Site control plan, Health & safety plan, Quality control plan, Cost control plan. • Plant specific special conditions. • Contractor’s information manual. • Set-up and maintain project files per GM document index / file structure (hard copy and electronic). • Distribute meeting minutes. • Maintain / distribute QA/QC Testing services documents. • Manage ILM requirements for labeling and retention. • Perform a series of clerical functions for the project management team and provide additional services depending on the individual policies. • Maintaining and posting leave privileges of the project management team of the project to help with coordination of construction management coverage on site. • Ensures that all documents have no errors in file names, submissions, etc before submitting it to the engineer to avoid confusion. • Monitor corrections in document submission and assure timely responses. • Performs regular audit on project documents in order to ensure that all documents are properly filed and submitted to avoid any audit deficiency. • Submission of team members per diem documentation per AECOM policy.
