+ Coordinate the activities of the turnover and technical assistants group\.
+ Assists in the preparation of group staffing plans, recruitment, training and development, and overall staff supervision within the specified discipline\.
+ Attend and contribute information during team meetings with regards to current/outstanding issues and/or weekly process\.
+ Attend and participate in various meetings to address or advise on turnover progress for the project\.
+ Assist in Performance Management reviews to enhance employee development\.
+ Participate in the lessons learned process and drive proposed changes that will enhance the project&\#39;s success
+ Perform internal and external audits on the turnover and document control groups as requested by the Turnover Lead\.
+ Assist the Turnover Lead to develop and ensure compliance to the project turnover plan\.
+ Coordinate and the daily activities of the turnover group\.
+ Participates in internal and external audits for the turnover group\.
+ Ensures there is an efficient system for exchange of turnover information between the quality control, quality assurance leads, discipline coordinators, field engineers, technical coordinators, QC\(Quality Control\) inspectors, and technical assistants and field technicians\.
+ Ensures that the turnover processes used on the project facilitates a smooth transaction of engineering/construction documents into the project and construction generated turnover documents back out to the client\.
+ Assist in the development and support of the project&\#39;s Key Performance Indicators \(KPIs\) including regular reporting to the function within area of responsibility\.
+ Collaborate with other functions to enhance project success\.
+ Develop and maintain progress tracking sheets for distribution to project management\.
+ Work with the leads, Construction Managers, and Project Managers for development of systems and procedures as required\.
+ Complete and submit monthly documents to the appropriate departments\. \(e\.g\. timesheets, expense reports, etc\.\)
+ Post, review and print off any required information from the URS document management system \(FDMS\) which pertains to current tasks, responsibilities and projects\.
