**Job Summary** AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Project Manager for immediate employment for the Los Angeles, CA office\. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects\.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
+ Build, nurture, and foster new relationships with an ever broadening client base
+ Continually improve the quality of our work, the manner in which we deliver it, and the process we employ to attain it
+ Work closely with regional and global firm leadership to promote an interdisciplinary design approach and philosophy
+ Participate in the development of the corporate commercial and mixed use markets while working alongside other sectors
+ Manage client relationships from project conception to closeout
+ Establish, communicate and manage project goals
+ Understand and address client objectives, design criteria, budget and schedule requirements
+ Work with the design director to lead in\-house project teams to successfully deliver client projects
+ Effectively communicate with client and government authorities
+ Manage and oversee the team to deliver complete drawings for every phase of project work
+ Coordinate with AECOM LDI and provide code interpretation on projects
+ Work with BD team to follow through potential project opportunities in Asia or US
+ Manage design payments in collaboration with internal accounting
+ Assist design principals to negotiate contract details with clients
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Master’s Degree in architecture
+ Minimum 15 years of related experience, with a strong background or interest in international work
+ LEED accreditation as a Licensed Architect
+ Possess a portfolio of work varying in project sizes and types
+ Have client and team leadership skills grounded in design and communication
+ Experience in design build and other alternate delivery methods
+ Excellent strategic, analytical and problem\-solving skills
