**Job Summary** **Synopsis of Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-oriented Talent Management Lead to join our team\. Our AECOM Talent Management team is a group of professionals who are committed to building our company’s greatest asset – our people\.
Responsible for the design, development and delivery of Talent Management initiatives/programes and consultancy within South East Asia \(SEA\)\.
To serve as a functional expert / thought leader and resource for the HR organisation and senior executives in SEA in relation to employee engagement and employee / management development challenges and the integration of key models, programs and policies relating to all areas of Talent/Learning & Organizational Development in SEA\.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Cultivation of strong working relationships with senior levels of the organisation across SEA\.
+ Design, development and delivery of organizational policies, processes, procedures and interventions to ensure that business needs are met in SEA\.
+ Partner with the wider HR community globally and liaise with other executives so as to understand all necessary aspects of their needs, and to ensure they are fully informed of Talent Management objectives, plans and achievements\.
+ To deliver SEA wide Talent Management interventions and projects\.
+ Establishment and maintenance of appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of Learning & Organizational Development in SEA\.
+ Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary Organisation & Talent Development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to the SEA region and its executives, directors and managers within the organization\.
+ Provide regional thought leadership to HR and the business on the people development needs, such as the Performance Management, Leadership Development, Talent, Employee Engagement and Career Management\.
+ Support senior management in SEA by the analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development to achieve business objectives\.
+ Be responsible for the quality and cost effectiveness of in house and external development programmes in SEA\.
+ Determine skills requirements and deliver short, medium and long term capability requirements for the business\.
+ Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care\.
+ Other duties as assigned from time to time\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Minimum 10 years of HR experience in Talent Management/Organisational Development, HR, project management or consulting
+ Must possess a client centric orientation and collaborate well with others
+ Understands dependencies in a complex global matrix and drives integration
+ Effective presentation skills with the ability to design and communicate information and analysis in a simple, straight\-forward manner easily understood by others
+ Ability to breakdown a long term project into actionable deliverables
+ Must have command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
+ Ability to recommend a solution based upon analysis
+ Constantly looks for learning opportunities in order to develop skills and knowledge that can be leveraged to improve solutions for the business
+ Capable of thinking about processes end\-to\-end and considering pitfalls, barriers and opportunities along the way
+ Experienced directly managing people
+ Takes initiative and ownership
