TS/SCI/CI Polygraph required Job Description: AECOM is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the USCYBERCOM OMNIBUS. The Fires and Effects Division is responsible for Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) to secure cyberspace operations by identification, analysis, dissemination, and compliance tracking of disclosed vulnerabilities; adherence to security controls through DoD inspection process; fusion of cyberspace incidents; and forensic analysis of media and software. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge and understanding in computer network theory, Information Technology (IT) standards and protocols, lifecycle of cyberspace threats, attack vectors, and methods of exploitation; automated/manual compliance capabilities; DCO mitigation and remediation strategies related to emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and inspection findings; technical knowledge of forensics analysis to determine adversary methods of exploiting information system security controls, use of malicious logic, communication methods, malicious properties, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), advanced persistent threats, malware analysis, incident handling, ethical hacking, and drafting and implementing security incident response policies. The Fires and Effects Division de-conflicts, integrates, and coordinates full spectrum operational fires in and through the cyber domain with service cyber components, subordinate headquarters, multinational forces, and the whole of government. Planned OCO and DCO are de-conflicted by following the Joint Fire Support Planning Process and the Joint Targeting Cycle, to include integrating fires into plans, pairing capabilities to create specific effects on targets, and identifying capability gaps.
