**About the Business Line** **Environment**
Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources\.
**Job Summary** AECOM Technical Services Inc\. is seeking a senior environmental health & safety \(EH&S\) compliance specialist, with a background in environmental or occupational safety and regulatory compliance\. This experienced practitioner will be focused on managing clients, directing teams for project execution, and supporting our network of EHS compliance practitioners\. This full\-time position will also involve providing focused EHS compliance support to other retail team members via program execution, business development, and mentoring\. Strong analytical and communications skills are a must\.
Specifically, this individual will be primarily responsible for:
+ Preparation of audits, reports, and other technical documents;
+ Development of cost estimates and proposals;
+ Complete project administration, including client liaison and budget management
+ Comply with and drive the quality management system and health and safety
+ Coordination and work on specialized EHS projects, environmental compliance and monitoring programs, and regulatory approval compliance for commercial/retail facilities
+ Provide oversight to junior staff in their report preparation, and complete and review reports
+ Training support for execution of retail regulatory programs\.
+ Client account management
**Minimum Requirements**
+ BS in Environmental or Civil Engineering or Environmental Sciences, MS is a plus
+ 18\-22 years relevant regulatory compliance experience
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Proficiency in MS OfficeTM \(Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook\)
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision
+ Able to interact effectively with internal and external clients
+ Strong oral and written communication skills required
+ Knowledge of regulatory compliance needs for commercial/retail clients
+ Strong computer skills and a significant understanding of Microsoft office applications \(specifically Excel
+ Comfortable in both an office and field environment, as assignment priorities may change
+ OSHA 40 HR Hazwoper
+ Knowledge of air regulations a plus, but not required
+ Database, GIS, CAD, visualization software skills are desirable
+ Valid driver’s license is required for business travel
