AECOM’s Global Support Services \(GSS\) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs\. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere\. **Job Summary** AECOM – Management Services Group \(MS Group\) is seeking to immediately interview and hire a Data Entry Specialist to support AECOM – Management Services Group\. Each qualifying candidate chosen will become a direct hire with AECOM – MS Group and will be provided full benefits and opportunity for advancement, after applicable time\. The position available will be located in the Northern Virginia area\. Duties include carrying out a variety of data entry functions\. The candidate will interface with personal computer \(PC\) applications as well as other tools\. He/she must maintain the integrity of the database\(s\) and ensure that they are complete and accurate\. Training will be provided\. No deployment required\. No clearance required\.
**Minimum Requirements**
\-Must be of US Citizenship to support a US Government Contract
\-Must possess strong cultural knowledge and be very capable and knowledgeable in Microsoft applications and Internet research
\-Must be familiar with Internet browsers and web surfing
\-Ability to meet deadlines and successfully plan and prioritize work load
\-Excellent data entry skills including a high degree of accuracy and manual dexterity
\-Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
\-Team player with the ability to multi\-task and work well under pressure
\-Knowledge of basic Arabic language is required
**Preferred Qualifications** University degree and/or prior data entry experience is preferred
