We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public\- and private\-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States\.
**Job Summary**
Our London office is currently seeking a **Senior Consultant/Associate** with the following requirements\.
Job Responsibitlities:
•An opportunity to assist Lenders in the decision making process financiers make when considering lending in the development sector\.
•Undertaking due diligence and project monitoring services to banks and other funders in the development arena\.
•Analysis of all construction related facets that influence project delivery\.
•Preparation of reports and opinion\.
•Liaison with developers, lawyers, valuers, insurance professionals\.
•Representing the interest of the funders at both pre and post contract stages
**Minimum Requirements**
•Analysis of cost data / benchmarking / project durations
•An understanding of the wider development process \( including land and site related issues, planning, procurement, suitability of the developers contractor and professional team\)as well as construction costs and programme matters
• Report writing
•Post contract cost / project management / building surveying related skills in order to assess the health and performance of live projects
•Comfortable dealing directly with clients
**Preferred Qualifications**
•Degree educated
•MRICS or working towards it
