**About the Business Line** **Water**
We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design\-build\.
**Job Summary**
+ Conveyance system design, flood studies, modeling, and development of plans and specs
+ Lead, manage, recruit and develop project team
+ Develop and maintain client relationships
+ Oversight of financial performance of project including budgeting, invoicing and negotiation of change orders
+ Oversight of Quality Management Program for the project
+ Preparation of technical and fee proposals
+ Identify and help develop business opportunities
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Minimum five years of experience
+ Master’s degree in related engineering discipline can substitute for up to two years of work experience
+ Professional Engineer License
+ Certified Floodplain Manager \(CFM\)
+ Experience in water resources, conveyance system design, plans and specifications preparation, hydraulic modeling, floodplain management and modeling, flood studies, FEMA programs, general civil engineering studies and design
+ Strong technical skills, including hydraulics and hydrology, and design
+ Proficiency with H&H, CADD and GIS software
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Ability to commit to internal and external teaming
+ Strong team first attitude
+ A progressive career path that demonstrates a strong technical background, with emerging project management and business development skills
