Our design process is based on energy\-efficient building systems, and appropriate selection of materials and form to maximize environmental conditions and long\-term performance\. **Job Summary** AECOM seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a multi\-discipline team and establish a rich design culture, demonstrating a rigorous process of project excellence and creating a creative studio environment\. Successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all contractual aspects, and coordinating all staffing and financial aspects of mid\-size to large projects\. Job Scope: The Project Manager performs project management duties including proposal development, project setup and tracking, and client communications\. Other assignments include application of standard A/E techniques, procedures and criteria to carry out tasks related to the planning and design of mid\-size to large projects\. The successful applicant will manage and lead the overall project, including technical, financial, schedule and client satisfaction aspects\. Works under limited supervision with oversight by Project Principal\. **Minimum Requirements** + Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and be a Registered Architect\. Professional Engineers may also be considered\.Excellent working knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with project accounting processes is mandatory\.Candidate must have a minimum 15 years of related experience working on significant projects in a management role\. + Must be able to demonstrate successful financial control of projects on design projects, as well as a track record of strong customer satisfaction\. + Experience on mixed use developments, international projects, commercial projects, institutional and cultural projects through all phases is necessary\.Must be able to work cooperatively with the design manager, project architects and engineers and studio leaders to realize full project potential in each case\. + Successful completion of AECOM Project Management Certification Program within six months is mandatory\. + Must have excellent organizational, communication and team building skills\. **Preferred Qualifications** + Management experience on BIM projects highly desirable\. + Experience working in Emerging Markets is an asset\. + Experience with project scheduling software is desirable\. **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
