More information on AECOM and its services can be found at www\.aecom\.com\. **About the Business Line**  **Water** We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design\-build\. **Job Summary** AECOM is seeking a hardworking, multi\-talented individual who is a Professional Land Surveyor in Wisconsin and has at least ten \(10\) years of experience as surveyor/survey lead\. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: business development, proposal preparation \(scope/schedule/budget\), staff coordination, project management, technical background in creating plat and survey maps, conducting courthouse research, collecting topographic field data, boundary surveys, WisDOT route surveys, creating CAD base maps for engineering purposes, and survey data processing\. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, operating GPS receivers, total stations, and data collectors\. This individual will be responsible for managing the Northeast Wisconsin survey business for AECOM\. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:** + Communicates with existing and potential clients to develop proposals and project agreements including creation of scope, schedule and budget + Leads the survey project team to understand the goals, challenges, schedule, budget, and expectations of the project + Coordinates with other AECOM survey leads to staff projects and balance staffing and project needs and resources + Manages and plans the project workflow throughout the life of the project + Adheres to and implements AECOM’s Quality Management Systems + Conducts research to obtain the appropriate public and private land records, survey control point data, and other pertinent information from various sources + Coordinates field surveying and office efforts and directs the activities of survey technicians + May collect field data for boundary, topographical, route, and design surveys including establishing points on construction stakeout projects through the operation of total station, level, RTK GPS Receiver and data collectors + Manages project documents + Processes, reduces, and adjusts field survey data and drafts deliverables **Minimum Requirements**  **Education and/or Experience and Qualifications:** + College Degree or field related Technical Schooling and ten \(10\) years of field survey/lead surveyor experience + Wisconsin Surveying License or the ability to obtain promptly + Experience supervising and managing staff + Experience with Trimble GPS, and Trimble robotic total stations + Experience and ability to complete all aspects of a surveying project from start to finish + Ability to direct and/or collect field data in an organized, neat and professional manner for various boundary, topographic, design and construction staking projects + Ability to compute, process and map field data will provide the right candidate opportunity and advancement + Candidate must be able to work independently and in a team environment + Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as may be required by AECOM and/or its clients + Must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to corporate insurer + Applicants may be required to travel locally and out of town with the potential for overnight stays + Applicants can expect a mix of outdoor and indoor work\.
