We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public\- and private\-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States\.
**Job Summary** Our Dublin QS Team continues to grow to service the Dublin Residential, Retail and Commercial office and public sector markets where it has successfully secured positions with many high profile clients and some of the largest projects and programs in the region\. As a direct result if this growth it is currently seeking a full time Quantity Surveyor with the following requirements\.
**Job Responsibilities:**
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be expected to work with an Associate or Project Director to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects\.
The role would cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception and business case development, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase\.
An Graduate QS should possess the skills and experience to lead and manage a team on a technically complex project between typically €5m and €20m, and for developing collaborative relationships with our clients and other team members\.
Day to day main client point of contact for projects
Manage and mentor junior project surveyors to deliver the Cost Management service efficiently and effectively
Successful delivery of projects with minimum supervision leading to happy clients and repeat business
**Minimum Requirements** Well developed interpersonal and communication skills are key\.
Strong experience of delivering technically complex projects in the Public, Residential or Commercial sectors
Proven track record of delivering technically complex construction projects from inception to completion
Experience of working in another comparable consultancy environment, or with a client organisation\.
Good understanding of project Governance and procurement processes
Ability to develop long term relationships with all team members, and effectively balance people and processes
Previous experience of managing internal resources, including the training and mentoring of more junior staff members
**Preferred Qualifications** Professional Qualified – ideally Quantity Surveying Degree
Chartered Status with the SCSI / RICS or other equivalent institution
