Current Clearance highly desired. Job Description: AECOM is seeking a junior level Logistics Analyst to provide program sustainment support. Responsibilities include providing support in planning and coordinating logistics activities; providing support to Integrated Product Teams, conferences, and meetings; potentiality liaison with other USMC Program Offices, and operational units. Support will also include managing program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Project. Responsibilities may include: plan, provide, and coordinate logistics management; assist the team in providing logistics representation and/or acquisition representation support to Integrated Product Teams, conferences, and meetings; coordinate equipment shipment and track assets; assist with technical publication development and training product review; Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) and Logistics Requirements Funding Summaries (LRFS) development, and provide expertise in supply support functions. Duties could include involvement in acquisition documentation development, statement of work development, Type I documentation, or other actions that support acquisition of a weapons/ammunition system and perform other duties as assigned. Coordinate with internal functional teams and external customers for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution of overall activities in the support and achievement of established goals; interact and advise customers, through the application of specific program knowledge, in the execution of program management tasks; develop, review, edit and coordinate program documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence, technical instructions, technical procedures or related material; analyze and track project documentation schedules and deliverables; conduct research into specific areas, prepare and report findings to the customer; create and maintain master files/schedules related to program history, execution and status for the life of the program; review, analyze, provide technical comments, and assessment of technical and non-technical program reports; updating programmatic, documentation; research specific areas and prepare findings; and provide other program management support as required. Candidate must be able to perform expert-level review, analysis, and validation of program products and prepare reports and briefs. The successful candidate should possess the ability to track, process, produce and distribute deliverables and monitor comment status; collect and analyze performance data; assess and quantify cost / schedule/performance and risk; participate in program management reviews; and prepare and coordinate inputs for acquisition documentation, status reports, briefings and information inquiries. As required, assist with training new staff (internal and external) on concepts, techniques and reporting; conduct special studies and evaluations, research and analyze problems and determine element requirements with minimum supervision. Collaborate with customer(s) to define, coordinate and track the status of multi-disciplinary task(s) and provide advice on management, planning and implementation.
