EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree
Graduate of the Joint Targeting School or equivalent service school
A minimum of 14+ years of experience which should include
5+ years of experience in deliberate and/or dynamic targeting
5+ years of experience presenting plans and findings to Senior Officer Leadership
5+ years of experience in joint organizations, including USPACOM and components
Knowledge of and familiarity with Joint Fires and Targeting doctrine
Experience in the Joint Targeting Cycle with emphasis in planning, execution and assessment
Competent computer skills and advanced skills using Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of SharePoint
Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to accurately describe situations, problems, analyses and conclusions in a clear and succinct manner to senior staff and international partners.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of the Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), the Modern Integrate Database (MIDB) National Production Workshop, the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), Socet GXP, Common Geopositioning Services (CGS), Joint Munition Effectiveness Manual Weaponeering System, and Remote View

Job Description: AECOM has an opportunity for an Intelligence Specialist - Targeting to join our team at Camp H.M. Smith in Hawaii. This position will be supporting Special Operations Command Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR) by supporting various Operational Planning Teams (OPTs).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with drafting and staffing all required documentation and reports associated with the creation of a PACOM JIOC dynamic targeting capability.
Review, update and/or write sections of the USPACOM targeting instruction that cover intelligence support to dynamic targeting.
Review and update the PACOM JIOC DT Cell Job Qualification Standards and develop tailored training plans for identified JIOC DT cell watch positions.
Work with Joint Intelligence Training Activity Pacific an coordinate and schedule training for JIOC DT cell personnel.
Assist with the set-up and participate in bi-weekly dynamic targeting exercises and after action meetings.
Develop a collection plan to include planning, exploitation, and dissemination integration within the targeting processes.
Identify, document, and/or recommend intelligence material and system requirements to meet dynamic targeting mission requirements.
Review and provide input to select USPACOM instructions, orders, plans and other guidance to improve dynamic targeting processes and procedures.
Review theater and national battle damage assessment doctrine, develop an assessment plan, products, and dissemination plan to support dynamic targeting assessment requirements.
Review theater and national collateral damage estimation doctrine and policy, review and make improvement recommendations to existing collateral concern and collateral damage product templates, and review and make process improvement recommendations in the dynamic targeting standard operating procedures.
Work with J35 and participate in USPACOM and component targeting battle rhythm events to include but not limited to the PACOM Targeting Working Group (PTWG), Joint Targeting Coordination Board (JTCB), and Joint Effect Steering Board (JESB).
Attend deliberate and dynamic targeting meetings, working groups, operational planning teams as assigned.
