• Eight years of experience in general support to technical organizations.
• Expediting experience in logistics or technical field.
• Office support for document processing or control.
• Willingness to learn multiple processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to expedite and track efforts to complete project schedules.
• Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be US Citizens.
Preferred Requirements:
• Previous WIPP experience

Position Description:
The successful candidate will support processing and assembly of documentation in support of the WIPP National Tru Program. Activities include compiling of departmental documents as required. Assisting in completion of technical and non-technical data inputs. Soliciting and tracking of reviews and signatures as required for approval. Tracking of Commitment Tracking System and open commitments status. Processes to be supported include, but are not limited to: purchase requisitions, handling technical reports generated by Central Characterization Program, Packaging, Transportation and Project Controls.
