Typical Responsibilities: • Process billing in accordance with clients’ requirements while abiding by currently established procedures. • Verify that all charges billed to the client are supported with billing detail reports and all other applicable documentation (i.e. all hours invoiced to a project must be supported by signed and approved timesheets, expense reports, supplier invoices, etc.). • Enter budget changes and variance adjustments as needed. Requests for changes from project controls are expected to be completed within 24 hours. • Provide support in the preparation of month-end financial reporting including project status reports, A/R and A/P accounts reconciliations, etc. • Review WIP and A/R bi-weekly for accuracy issues and WIP for aging issues for projects you are responsible to bill. Seek assistance from Business & Project Managers where necessary and report to direct Supervisor any problem projects or issues. • Maintain complete and accurate project billing files in accordance with stated requirements, including close out of project billing files upon completion of projects.
