Job Description: This position is for a project AECOM is working on for a client in the NYC metro area. The project is to design a high speed communication network to support the security applications and expand an existing PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) system to fully utilize the network. The project needs an experienced security specialist to develop the Concept of Operations (ConOps) and Business Rules (BR) for the security applications.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Develop the Concept of Operations and Business Rules for the client’s security applications by collecting information on the existing ConOps and BR document, interviewing stakeholders to understand their needs in the the following organizations: security, operation, maintenance, etc.
• Research and understand the state of the art PSIM system capabilities and provide feedback to the stakeholders to improve the ConOps and BRs
